Design studio Larose Paris partnered with Canadian sculptor David Umemoto on the brand’s first-ever collaboration to create a series of vases that represent their style and “artistic sensibilities.” Umemoto was inspired by the French brand while creating a collection of concrete brutalist vases. Fifteen geometric sections were pulled together and used in various combinations and then cast, resulting in bold vases that become functional, architectural art.
To finish it off, they brought in Celia Spenard Ko to photograph still life images while merging together the vases and Larose Paris products.
